My main goal is to reduce your pain while promoting whole body wellness… I use all tools and modalities that I’ve learned in my extensive training (1,450+hrs) to facilitate that based on each individual clients needs.

We can take your idea of deep tissue and throw it out the window as I show you a new way to truly feel good in your body again without having to feel beat up or sore from a massage that's too rough because "deeper" and "harder" isn't better… I also have comprehensive knowledge of when NOT to relax a muscle.

I specialize in whole body care, getting to the bottom of each specific clients issues and addressing them in a case by case manner, and am open to building a team with your other healthcare professionals so we can get a truly holistic view of what your body needs.

I mix and match all different modalities, east/west/north/south/etc, to get you back to your baseline and back to living your life without the pain!

I'm CAMTC certified & have an Associates of Applied Science degree from National Holistic Institute in Medical Massage & Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, I've been trained in many different therapuetic techniques including, and not limited to, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Chair Massage, and use them all in different settings and based upon clients needs and requests.
