I’m a passionate, heart-centered massage therapist committed to helping clients restore balance, relieve tension, and reconnect with their bodies through the healing power of touch. My approach blends technical expertise with intuition and compassion, creating a therapeutic experience that is as effective as it is nurturing.

My journey into massage therapy began during a deeply personal time in my life, when massage offered me both physical relief and emotional solace. That healing experience inspired me to pursue professional training at Phoenix College of Massage Therapy, where I graduated with honors and refined my skills under the mentorship of respected industry professionals.

I specialize in a diverse range of massage techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual:

Swedish Massage: A gentle, flowing technique ideal for deep relaxation and stress relief. It improves circulation, encourages lymphatic movement, and promotes a calm, restorative state of being.
Deep Tissue Therapy: Targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to release chronic tension and adhesions. Ideal for addressing long-standing pain, injury recovery, or postural issues.
Trigger Point Therapy: Focuses on releasing tight, irritable points in muscle tissue—commonly known as "knots"—that refer pain to other areas of the body. This targeted approach is highly effective for relieving headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and other musculoskeletal discomfort.
Prenatal Massage: Tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy, this gentle yet effective massage relieves common discomforts, reduces swelling, promotes better sleep, and supports overall maternal well-being in all trimesters.
Oncology Massage: A safe, compassionate approach designed for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Techniques are adapted to support comfort, ease fatigue, and reduce symptoms such as anxiety, pain, and nausea—while honoring the body’s current state.
Reiki Energy Therapy: A non-invasive, energy-based modality that encourages emotional balance, spiritual alignment, and deep relaxation. Reiki can be offered as a stand-alone treatment or combined with massage to support holistic healing.
Aromatherapy: The use of pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils to complement massage techniques, support emotional and physical wellness, and promote a deeper sense of calm or invigoration—depending on your individual needs.
Hot & Cold Stone Therapy: The application of smooth heated or cooled stones to the body to increase circulation, relieve tension, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. This method deeply soothes both body and mind.
Cupping Therapy: Uses gentle suction cups to lift and decompress the tissues, improving blood flow, loosening fascial restrictions, and aiding in detoxification. Often used for muscle tightness and chronic pain.

Each session begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your goals, concerns, and current physical or emotional state. I then tailor your treatment using a thoughtful combination of these modalities, always guided by your comfort and wellness priorities.
