My name is Sabina VanOrman, I am a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist, and the owner of Healthy Habits & Wellness for Life.

I am excited to help individuals gain better mobility with the use of ancient techniques that have been proven to help decrease inflammation, decrease pain and increase range of motion. I would love to work with individuals who are ready to take the steps needed to feel better in their day-to-day lives.

Along with Medical Massage I am a Nationally Board-Certified Holistic Health Care Practitioner, Nationally Board-Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Consultant/Exercise Specialist. I hold certification in the following specialties: AcuMyo Therapy, Lymphedema, Dynamic Table Stretching, Kinesio Taping, Neuropathy, and Pain Management.

I am dedicated to learning new ways to help my clients live their best lives.

I am excited to work together and think outside of the traditional “box” to help you reach your personal goals.
