I came to massage therapy by a less conventional path, with a background in healthcare and the funeral industry. Both give me an intimate appreciation of the complexity of the human body. Just as importantly, those experiences showed me the importance of respect, understanding, and compassion for my clients.

I use techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and relaxation massage, cupping, and hot stones according to your needs. Techniques are tools—not separate experiences you need to choose from a menu.
