Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 24hrs before the appointment will not be charged. Cancelation within 24hrs will occur a 50% charge. Cancellation on the day of the appointment or a no-show will result in 100% charge. If clients fail to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered forfeited by the client and subsequently canceled.
