Welcome! We are delighted to now offer 1-on-1 professional massage and yoga therapy sessions at our Chelsea, MI office. We have a unique approach to Massage Therapy as we are influenced by an Eastern/holistic approach to wellness including Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Massage and Lifestyle Wellness, and Yoga Therapy.

Additionally, we have a firm foundation in Orthopedic Massage and a therapeutic approach to movement so that your massage and yoga sessions are biomechanically sound, with a focus on functional movement, alignment, and pain relief.

Finally, we offer a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (at Triple Crane Retreat Center in Chelsea), Women's Retreats for Mothers (at EarthWell Retreat Center in Manchester), and free events throughout the area.
