At Anchored Bodywork Studio, massage is more than a luxury—it's an essential part of restoring balance, relieving pain, and improving overall well-being. My mission is to provide intentional, therapeutic bodywork that helps clients feel grounded, renewed, and empowered in their everyday lives.

Founded by Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist Kanethia Rankin, Anchored Bodywork Studio was created with the belief that everyone deserves a place where they can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with their body. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, or simply in need of time to recharge, each session is thoughtfully customized to meet your unique needs and wellness goals.

I specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, combining therapeutic techniques with compassionate, individualized care. Every client is treated with respect, professionalism, and genuine concern for their health, creating a welcoming environment where healing can begin.

The name Anchored Bodywork Studio represents my commitment to being your anchor—a place of stability, comfort, and restoration amid life's demands. I believe true wellness starts when the body and mind are given the opportunity to reset, recover, and heal.

Whether you visit my studio or schedule a mobile massage in the comfort of your own space, my goal remains the same: to help you move better, feel better, and live better—one session at a time.
