Chaos is often needed in order to become rooted. In nature this process starts with a seedling intentionally or unintentionally being placed in soil, rocks or sand with growing conditions favoring the seed to sprout. Through the chaos and elements of the earth, roots are laid down and these beautiful plants and trees grow into the forms they are meant to become while all unique and individual, creating a diverse natural ecosystem.

Through diverse elements and some form of chaos, Rooted Elements Massage Therapy is sprouting and growing roots. Each human is diverse and unique. In my practice I strive to tailor each massage therapy session to the needs of every individual through a blend of the modalities Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release using a flowing yet therapeutic approach. Whether that is healing from an injury, self-care, carrying and growing another human, loosening muscles after or before a race or in need of nervous system regulation, I’m confident goals can be reached through open and clear communication. Being trauma informed allows for a safe space for EVERY body. Creating a space of grounded presence during the session allows an opportunity for connecting with the body and becoming a little more rooted.

My experience working in a holistic day spa, physical therapy and chiropractic offices over the past two years has and continues to provide a wide range of experience. Continuing education is highly valued in my practice. I love learning!

My practice is evolving and at this time I am doing mobile massage, meaning I come to your home for your session. I will bring all supplies needed for your massage, you provide the space. I am serving the McKenzie River Valley, Springfield and Eugene.
