For Your Health...

Your body is designed to heal and maintain itself. Stress, however, is a powerful enemy to our health and breaks down many of our natural defenses. Massage has long been proven to counteract the effects of stress and re-establish our natural defenses for emotional, mental and physical health. The greatest satisfaction will result from discussing your goals with your therapist to select the appropriate body therapy.

Rest, Relax, Rejuvenate...
Enhance your relaxation experience with spa services designed to meet your goals. Indulge with a full body scrub and mud massage. Enjoy the aromas of essential oils used by trained therapists or rejuvenate with a half hour coconut oil scalp massage. Detoxify in a body wrap designed to meet your therapeutic goals or clear and reset your mind with the Shirodhara warm-oil pour commonly used in Ayurvedic therapies.

Pain Management...
Pain is a symptom that indicates the presence of dysfunction. The root cause of pain is unique to each individual and their circumstance. A pain management plan must be tailored to the needs of the individual.
Many terms are commonly used to describe therapeutic or medical massage, which is a collection of “modalities”, or types of soft tissue manipulation. This collection of therapeutic massage modalities aims to address long term structural dysfunction and symptomatic pain patterns. It is important to note that the cause of pain may not be in the same location as the pain itself and the dysfunction usually exists long before pain presents itself. Avoid waiting until pain is present; be proactive in maintaining your health rather than fixing it.
Frequently patrons seek massage therapy for chronic aches and pains that seem to remediate for short term but reappear soon after. Matching your goals with the appropriate therapy will help to achieve long term results. Applying the proper therapies is important in unwinding these deeply rooted pain patterns.
