Her background includes hospice care, in-home support, and medical massage, and her training spans advanced certifications in Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Prenatal/Postpartum Massage. She volunteers with Healing Warriors to support veterans with non-narcotic therapies, and she’s traveled internationally as a teaching assistant, helping to train the next generation of bodyworkers. She also collaborates with physicians, midwives, and physical therapists to ensure integrated care for her clients, many of whom come through trusted referrals.

At home, she’s a devoted mother of five, caregiver to her Navy veteran husband, and an adventurer at heart.
