It is conveniently located near many Seattle neighborhoods: Capitol Hill, First Hill, Madrona/Leschi, Downtown, Mt. Baker, the International District, Beacon Hill, Columbia City and Rainier Valley. It is easy to access from I-5, Rainier Ave, and I-90. There is a parking spot available for clients to use in the adjacent parking lot, and ample street parking around the building.
