Marcus comes to the MD & D.C. area from sunny Upland, California and brings over a decade of fitness experience and includes weight training, cardio & conditioning. Marcus received his training from NASM then studied levels 1-3 of Fascial Stretch Therapy at the Stretch to Win Institute in Az. After that, becoming a licensed massage therapist was a natural progression in his career. Marcus is a specialist in working with seniors/aging populations. His approach to training & massage therapy includes basic nutrition, corrective exercises, core & balance training. His personal philosophy is: “Once client invests in their health and in me as a trainer or therapist, I am committed to and personally invested in them & their fitness goals. Their success is a reflection of my own skill as a Private Trainer & Therapist.”
