Massage therapy for deep nervous system restoration — in SF's SoMa, on a heated table with red light therapy and immersive therapeutic sound.

Combining: Swedish · Myofascial Release · Deep Tissue · Trigger Point · Lymphatic Detox · Deep Foot Therapy

My clients come carrying chronic tension, pain, stress, and trauma. They leave feeling the difference — grounded, restored, and more connected to their bodies.

Every session is an immersive experience.

Your treatment takes place on a heated table bathed in red light therapy — clinically recognized for reducing inflammation, accelerating tissue recovery, and promoting deep cellular healing.

My path to bodywork has been anything but straight — and I mean that in every sense.

I'm especially drawn to those who have felt unseen — veterans navigating the long aftermath of service, trans and gender-diverse people seeking a space where their body is met without assumption, and the tech workers of this city whose minds are endlessly demanded of, and whose bodies quietly wait to be remembered.

Whatever brings you here, the goal is the same: to feel at home in yourself.

Every session begins with listening.
