Delhia Gaynor, founder of Elevate, realized there is something missing in this growing technological age. And that is the power of human connection and touch. In one sense, technology connects our worlds in ways deemed previously impossible, but in others it does the exact opposite by taking actual real life human touch and energetic connection out of the picture.

Delhia grew up in Beverly Hills and began her career in the Entertainment Industry. As her success grew, she gradually noticed that her happiness did not and she wanted to do something more, and to connect with people in a deeper way. Thus sparked her journey in the world of Massage and Holistic Community. She completed a course of study in Massage Therapy at Mueller College with a focus on Asian Therapies and has been practicing now for over 20 years. She also worked at Mueller College as a Student Advisor over the course of her 4 years of study and gained a strong foothold in the holistic community in San Diego, a city she now considers home.

Delhia is also a peer reviewer for COMTA, a specialized accrediting agency specifically for Massage Therapy. In 2002 COMTA was recognized by the Department of Education, an acknowledgement of its expertise in ensuring quality Massage Education. She has travelled extensively throughout the US visiting Massage Schools serving as a peer review in her areas of expertise, Administration and Asian Therapies Curriculum, as well as built a network of Educators and Pioneers in the Massage Community throughout the Country.

After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2018, she was forced to take a break from massage and shifted her practice. She started to focus on the importance of Lymphatic Drainage Massage and expanded her practice to include Manual and Electro Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Electro Lymphatic Drainage uses a specialized device, using Photon Light Energy, to deeply penetrate tissues to increase oxygen penetration, reduce inflammation, and assist in breaking up and flushing out blockages, adhesions, edema, and a variety of other conditions. Thermal Imaging, post ELD Treatment, has proven results in reducing inflammation, the precursor to many ailments. Electro Lymphatic Drainage used on its own, or in conjunction with Manual Lymphatic Treatment, can create both a profoundly detoxifying and energizing experience.
