I believe great massage therapy begins with genuine care, connection, and understanding.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and centered around you as an individual. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout their treatment. I strive to create an environment where you can simply be yourself.

With training in Swedish therapeutic massage and palliative care massage, I combine knowledge with a thoughtful, personalized approach to help relieve tension, encourage mobility, and support overall well-being.

I have a particular appreciation for working with seniors and helping people maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Above all, my goal is simple: to meet you where you are, listen to what your body needs, and provide care that makes a meaningful difference.
