Hi, I’m Liv, the heart behind Liv Relaxed, where my goal is simple but meaningful: to help you massage the stress away. I’m a graduate of Blue Sky Massage Therapy School in Grafton, where I built a strong foundation in therapeutic touch, relaxation techniques, and client-centered care.

My approach to massage is rooted in creating a safe and nurturing space—a place where you can let go, breathe deeply, and feel completely supported. I believe every person deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and presence. Whether you arrive carrying stress, tension, or simply the weight of a long day, my intention is that you leave feeling valued, peaceful, and understood.

At Liv Relaxed, your well-being is my priority. I take the time to listen to your needs, tune in to your body’s signals, and personalize each session so you receive the calm and comfort you’re looking for. My work is guided by a gentle, intuitive touch and a genuine desire to help you reconnect with stillness and balance.

If you’re ready to unwind, restore, and reconnect with your calm, I’m here to welcome you with warmth and care—

Let’s massage the stress away.
