At C-Joy Massage LLC, I specialize in advanced Medical Massage and clinical bodywork designed to help you move beyond basic relaxation into a state of true functional thriving. I am the only therapist in the Northern Virginia area to offer Arcturus Star Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy (LET), bringing cutting-edge technology to your healing journey.

A Comprehensive Approach to Healing

True healing requires a multi-system perspective. That is why Catharine works collaboratively with a trusted network of medical doctors, physical therapists, personal trainers, chiropractors, and a somatic acupuncturist. By bridging the gap between clinical bodywork and conventional or alternative medicine, we encompass a whole-person approach to your healing and well-being. In my Office I have the Peacemaker, a therapeutic device that provides a harmonic energy field to calm & balance. It protects from electromagnetic pollution going through our bodies ALL the time.

The Power of the Fascial & Lymphatic Systems

I operate under a fundamental truth: You have one continuous fascia system. When scar tissue restricts this matrix and the lymphatic system has never been cleared all your main lymph pathways become sluggish or stuck, your body struggles. By strategically healing scar tissue and clearing the stuck lymphatic system, your body can finally function at a cellular level. Did you know the lymphatic system is around every single blood vessel, in your gums, eyes, brain and deep in your organs? The lymphatic system moves healthy proteins throughout your body, builds your immune system and gut health. How can your cerebral spinal fluid flow through the brain if it has never been cleared? The result? You can freely move, experience clear thinking, and effectively regulate your nervous system.
