It is a dreamy and energetically cleansing experience of vibrational sound led by crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and warm gong tones. It is also referred to as a sound bath or sound therapy. I believe this experience offers guests the opportunity to reset and reflect, bringing in overall wellness for mind, body, and soul.

Beyond therapeutic body work, I regularly host yoga with Susie Dreiling and immersive Sound Bath Therapy with Amy of Under the Oak Sound & Hypnosis—additional holistic experiences that amplify relaxation and well-being.
