Infrared Therapy is being used more and more in today's medical fields for its clinically proven to heal at the cellular level.

BENEFITS: pain control, decreased inflammation, cellular repair and regneration, and positive effects on the immune system. Infrared wavelengths penetrate to the cellular level so it doesn't matter if you are clothed or not.

There are 2 Infrared Therapy Devices available for use all year round.

1) Infrared Sauna Dome is a great choice for athletes or those seeking faster recovery, cardiovascular health, system detoxification through sweat, general relaxation, and ease pain in the colder months. Expect to get a good sweat and feel totally relaxed with less pain following this session.

2) The Biomat is an FDA registered device filled with Amethyst stones. The Amethyst is a powerful conductor of Far infrared and helps to calm the nervous system. It also helps to rebalance the body's energy centers (chakras) for a truly healing and meditative experience. Expect to feel pure Zen and less pain following a Biomat session.

Tips for Sauna use:

For Pain Relief we recommend 2-4 times per month. for Detox and chronic issues we recommend 1-3 sessions per week.
Hydrate Before and after session.
Individuals who are using Warfarin or other blood thinning drugs should not use the sauna.
Diuretics, barbiturates and beta-blockers may impair the body’s natural heat loss mechanisms. Some over the counter drugs such as antihistamines may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.
