1) Infrared Sauna Dome is a great choice for athletes or those seeking faster recovery, cardiovascular health, system detoxification through sweat, general relaxation, and ease pain in the colder months. Expect to get a good sweat and feel totally relaxed with less pain following this session.

2) The Biomat is an FDA registered device filled with Amethyst stones. The Amethyst is a powerful conductor of Far infrared and helps to calm the nervous system. It also helps to rebalance the body's energy centers (chakras) for a truly healing and meditative experience. Expect to feel pure Zen and less pain following a Biomat session.

Tips for Sauna use:

For Pain Relief we recommend 2-4 times per month. for Detox and chronic issues we recommend 1-3 sessions per week.
Hydrate Before and after session.
Individuals who are using Warfarin or other blood thinning drugs should not use the sauna.
Diuretics, barbiturates and beta-blockers may impair the body’s natural heat loss mechanisms. Some over the counter drugs such as antihistamines may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.
