As a licensed massage therapist, I feel there should be a balance in everything. I strive to incorporate relaxation with clinical pain relief.

After spending 15 years in the IT industry, I realized that I needed more balance in my life. So, I jumped in with both feet - quitting that job and going back to school for Therapeutic Massage. Scary, but exhilarating! I spent the next year learning various techniques at Waubonsee Community College. My education and clinical experience have prepared me to work with a wide variety of issues, and I'm committed to pursuing further education. I'm proficient in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue or Medical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Techniques, Prenatal Massage and am a Certified Cupping Therapist.

I provide relief from a variety of issues: neck pain, headaches, migraines, rotator cuff issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, upper back pain, lower back pain, sciatica.
