I’m Christine, a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork. My approach is rooted in whole-body healing, blending clinical skill with compassionate care. I believe the body carries not only physical tension, but emotional and psychological stories too, and I aim to create a space where all of that can safely be held and supported

My work integrates Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, cupping, gait assessment, therapeutic and restorative techniques. These modalities support the nervous system and promote long-term healing, especially for those navigating chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, emotional overwhelm, injury, or developmental concerns.

With a foundation in yoga and extensive training in functional mobility, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the person in front of me. I work with adults, children, and athletes, offering a calm and nurturing environment where the body is invited to soften, unwind, and come back into balance.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the physiological body system called the craniosacral system. You will remained fully clothed throughout the entire treatment session.

It has been shown to improve the functioning of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety, physical symptoms and TMJ.

Craniosacral Therapy for Pediatrics

Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch to assess and release tension within the central nervous system with a special focus on supporting children through gentle, non-invasive therapy that promotes physical and emotional well-being. With extensive training in pediatric craniosacral therapy, Christine works with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, helping them overcome challenges like anxiety, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, sensory processing issues, and developmental delays.

Craniosacral therapy can be beneficial for children who are experiencing physical or emotional stress. By improving the body’s ability to self-regulate and heal, this therapy can help kids feel more relaxed, focused, and comfortable in their bodies.

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle, highly specific manual therapy that works with the internal organs and the connective tissues that surround and support them. These tissues can hold tension, restriction, and imbalance that contribute to chronic pain and dysfunction throughout the body.

Unlike traditional deep tissue work, which focuses mainly on muscles, Visceral Manipulation addresses deeper layers of the body’s structure including the digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems. By releasing restrictions around the organs and improving their mobility, this work can help restore balance, improve posture, and relieve pain that never seems to fully go away.
