My specialties are relaxation and pain management, and my goal is to help you prioritize your wellness. I’m trained in a range of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage (for wellness and post-surgery), cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy, prenatal, therapeutic stretching, myofascial release, and red light therapy.

As a massage therapist, I bring warmth, care, and a holistic approach to each session. Healing goes beyond the physical—it touches the emotional and spiritual, connecting body, mind, and spirit.

Each massage is customized to your unique needs, blending techniques and tools to address your specific goals. When you arrive, we’ll discuss your focus areas and any preferred techniques, so you receive the best care for you.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to healing and wellness.
