My name is Zarah, the heart behind She Honors Healing "Shh" and Your Home, Your Haven. I am an Iowa City local. I got my massage therapy license from PCI academy in Iowa City, IA. Being part of my local community means so much to me, and I’m incredibly passionate about supporting the small and local businesses that make it thrive.

Why I started She Honors Healing LLC…

As a licensed massage therapist, my work is deeply rooted in my belief that true healing comes from nurturing the mind, body, and spirit together. My journey into the world of massage therapy began with a deep desire to help others feel nurtured and balanced in their everyday lives.

I believe that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. That’s why I take the time to listen to each client’s unique needs and create a personalized experience, whether you visit me in my studio or I bring the tranquility of massage therapy to your doorstep. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where you can unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

With a focus on holistic wellness, I combine a variety of techniques to support both relaxation and therapeutic care. Every session is designed to help you find harmony within, while fostering healing that extends far beyond the treatment room.
