Stephanie Guffey, LMT, CNMT, has been dedicated to the practice of massage therapy since 2014, specializing in Neuromuscular Trigger Point Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Focused bodywork for conditions such as Carpal Tunnel, Whiplash, and Repetitive Use Injuries.

As a Certified/Licensed Massage Therapist, Stephanie graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy's 850-Hour Program in 2014. She furthered her expertise by becoming a Certified Neuromuscular Trigger Point Massage Therapist through the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapy (IANMT) and obtained certification in Basic Assessment the same year. Additionally, she is CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.

She aims to identify and address root causes contributing to symptoms, using targeted massage techniques and corrective exercises/stretching to promote overall wellness and prevent future discomfort by restoring balance and function throughout the body.
