My name is McKenzie Stone-Reuss, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Breath Coach.

My consultations and touch bring intent to tailor each treatment session with the best interest of each person. Therefore, not only is each session unique to the individual, but can be customized differently with a treatment plan.

By Appointment Only: Typically, clients can expect a 10-15 minute consultation before the session to optimize the treatment experience. Arriving 10-15 minutes early the first few sessions is highly recommended for an optimal experience. I am located 5 minutes from the Lake Hazel Library, or 9 minutes from Fred Meyer on Overland. Because I work out of the office in my home, all appointments will be been screened and approved beforehand.

About My Journey...

Years ago, I spent over a year facing a full-time school load, on top of 50+ hour work weeks. My body started to have sharp, deep pains that radiated on the back area of my knee and under my shoulder blade during this time. I sought out a Dr, who stated at the appointment the issue was “you are depressed and broken, we all end up broken”…

Months after that appointment, with failed attempts of depression medication fit for me I decided to get a massage for the first time ever after instead of rolling around in those Drs words. I had the most profound physical, emotional, spiritual release of my life after that first massage. The pain lessened 50%. By the 3rd visit, those pains dissipated, and never have returned with consistent massage and more self love.

I stepped into the world of holistic healing because I have the calling to serve back the gift of healing that was given to me from the work of healthy touch from massage therapy and bodywork.

I studied directly under Dr. Sharon Barnes at SHI in Lebanon, Ohio and during my outreach program gained experience working with people with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, tendonitis, bursitis, scoliosis, and more. The education I recieved I believe is superior and I couldn't be more grateful for being able to attend such an exquisite school with Dr. Barnes as my hands on guide.

Since then...

I recieved my Reiki Master title from none other than the wonderful Mary Cheers of Dayton, Ohio. I've continued to strengthen with continuing education and grow my practice. I have surrounded myself throughout the years with AMAZING colleagues, whom I would have the honor to call mentors. We've learned a myraid of techniques from one another outside of taking continuing education, and for that, that has helped continue to shape me as the confident therapist that I am. Ultimately I feel blessed by the massage community!

I absolutely LOVE what I do and look forward to sharing something that can elevate your quality of life.

On the lighter side about me:

My true joy is being a mother and a wife. My family is the greatest gift I have ever received. I have a high passion for music and nature. I try to sneak in reading when I can, and love a good movie once in awhile.

My mission is to help you find renewal and your breath again.

Your breath is a big key for unlocking the power of self healing. Our soul is our breath, and coupled with healthy touch, we can remember how to be at ease.
