Being a massage therapist has always spoken to my heart and purpose of helping others.

After earning a degree in Business Administration and Education, I had the opportunity to explore my passion of dance and meditation coaching. Through years of experience as an instructor and coach I understand the importance of physical and mental alignment. Now as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am able to bring both mental and physical healing into one experience! Many of my dance students and meditation clients have already had the opportunity to experience the benefit of my massage therapy.

My speciality is Swedish Massage where I create an immersive and personal experience. This focus through my caring touch, shows all my guests that they deserve to feel authentic and special as they are!

Outside of being a massage therapist I enjoy dancing, choreographing, volleyball, hiking, and white water rafting!
