I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. I spent eight years away traveling and growing both personally and professionally, but I felt called to return home to give back to the community that shaped me.

After facing my own serious health challenges, I understand how important it is to trust the people you choose to care for your body. For the past six years, I have been deeply immersed in learning about holistic and alternative approaches to wellness and bringing that perspective into my work. I earned a degree in Public Health, served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala as a Healthy Schools Coordinator, worked as a crisis interventionist on a suicide hotline, supported outreach for a mental health nonprofit, and have experience in behavioral health and victim advocacy.

I have now been a Licensed Massage Therapist for four years and continue to grow my skills every day so I can better support each person who walks through my door.

Outside the treatment room, I find joy in staying active and spending time outdoors, where I feels most connected and inspired.
