Hello & welcome! My name is Sydney Spooner-Johnson. I am a graduate of Georgia Massage School. I'm excited to introduce to you, Revive Studio!

As a recipient of massage therapy for over 10 years, I knew it to be an effective tool against muscle tension and pain relief. Of course, not to diminish the wonderful effects of massage therapy on everyday tension relief and pain management, there are many additional benefits our bodies can harness when we receive routine massage. I appreciate and value the holistic approach of massage therapy on overall health and wellness; this is one of the reasons I choose the field.

Does your immune system need a boost? Are you stressed? Anxious? All benefit from massage therapy! Studies show massage can increase white blood cells, which fight against viruses and other unwanted pathogens. Routine massage can lower stress levels and aid in tension headache relief. Massage therapy has also been linked to a reduction in depression and anxiety.

I practice relaxation and therapeutic massage therapy. Therapeutic massage aims to relieve pain, reduce stress, and address specific issues, using a variety of styles such as Swedish, deep tissue, and orthopedic. Orthopedic styles focus on pain relief by relieving soft tissue injuries, acute and chronic, that affect the musculoskeletal system. TMJ treatments are also offered to assist with temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
