About My Practice: This practice resonates with my entire being and it found me just as much as I found it. I am overjoyed when someone leaves my table feeling content, lighter, and free from tension in their body. I like to tailor my pressure to your body's specific needs in each session. I have found so much healing emotionally, physically, and spiritually through body work and that's my hope to offer clients on my table. We hold so much within ourselves and having a safe space to let that go is powerful!

About Me: I grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and made my way around a lot of places before I found San Diego. I just joined the world of holistic health, and I am so grateful to be here. Outside of bodywork, I am a foodie, a world traveler, an amateur chef, a concertgoer, a beach person, and a yoga and fitness instructor. I love meaningful connections and I am looking forward to meeting you!
