I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and graduate of the National Holistic Institute, where I received advanced training in Neuromuscular Therapy. I also hold advanced Massage Therapy certification through the California Massage Therapy Council, allowing me to provide specialized, evidence-informed care focused on restoring movement, relieving pain, and improving overall function.

Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of working with clients experiencing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, helping them reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve their quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

Neuromuscular Therapy is a highly specialized form of manual therapy that addresses the underlying causes of pain and muscular dysfunction by treating trigger points, muscle adhesions, and fascial restrictions. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and incorporates targeted manual manipulation, stretching, compression techniques, myofascial release, and range-of-motion therapy to relieve tension, improve mobility, and support the body's natural healing process.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, improving athletic performance, or simply looking to enhance your mobility and overall well-being, my goal is to help you move more freely, feel your best, and restore your quality of life—so you can truly Live Life In Motion.
