I have extensive training in Myofascial Release (MFR). MFR involves the application of gentle pressure in various areas of the body where restrictions are detected. No oil is used. These restrictions are found in the fascial system. Fascia is a type of connective tissue that surrounds and connects all structures of the body in a web-like unit.
