Aloha! My name is Sara LeBeau (she/her) the owner and practitioner behind Ebb & Flow Bodywork.

I completed over 570 hours of foundational massage and bodywork education, providing a strong base in anatomy, physiology, therapeutic techniques, and hands-on clinical practice. Since completing my initial training, I have continued to expand my skill set through 200+ hours of advanced bodywork education, deepening my understanding of therapeutic touch, soft tissue work, and nervous system support.

My continued education includes specialized training in areas such as working with pregnancy and postpartum bodies, trauma-informed care, myofascial techniques, and integrative bodywork practices. These advanced studies allow me to tailor each session with intention and precision, adapting techniques to meet the evolving needs of each client.

I am deeply committed to lifelong learning—both within my professional practice and in my personal relationship with my own body. I regularly pursue additional coursework, mentorship, and hands-on training to refine my skills, stay current with best practices, and continue growing as a practitioner.

My education and ongoing training inform the thoughtful, customized care I provide at Ebb & Flow Bodywork, ensuring each session is grounded in experience, skill, and continued growth.

My love for bodywork started long before it became my career. When I was 16 and struggling with my mental health and chronic neck pain, I discovered massage therapy. Monthly bodywork sessions changed my life — they helped me be present in my body and gave me a way to truly care for myself. For over a decade, it’s been the pillar of my self-care, teaching me again and again that healing is possible when we listen inward.
