I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2010, trained at Everest School of Massage in Vancouver, WA. I was drawn to massage after seeing family members struggle with chronic muscular conditions, and I knew I wanted a career that truly helps people feel better.

I specialize in therapeutic massage for muscular issues, helping clients pay attention to pain patterns, posture, and self-care. Each session is an opportunity to connect with your body and leave feeling informed, refreshed, and supported.

My approach:

I combine listening to your experience with reading what your body is telling me, adjusting techniques intuitively during the session. I offer both relaxation and therapeutic massages, and have advanced training in:

Manual ligament therapy

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me gardening, geocaching, or welding and fabricating metal in my hobby business.
