First Time and Returning Clients (6+ Months)

If this is your first visit, or if it has been six months or longer since your last session, your body is guided through a gentle re entry phase.

No forcing or pushing through tension

For many clients, it takes about three sessions before deep tissue work is appropriate. Once the nervous system is regulated, deeper therapeutic work unfolds naturally.
