Hi. My name is Jen!

I've been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years and have been a student of yoga for just as long.

My experience includes working in chiropractic and physical therapy offices, private practice, and massage therapy education. I also have a background in several styles of yoga, including Kaiut, Vinyasa, and Kids Yoga.

I’m passionate about helping people feel better, move more comfortably, and connect with their bodies.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two boys. I enjoy spending time in nature, connecting with friends, and staying active.
