Anita uses thorough techniques such as kneading, ironing, press and hold, cross fiber friction, stretching, and trigger point therapy to calm the mind and to break up muscle tension throughout the body. She also uses hot towels as heat therapy and essential oils to enhance the relaxation process even more.
