Massage therapy sessions are uniquely customized to each person. In addition to traditional Swedish (relaxation) and Deep Tissue Massage, I offer sessions in Craniosacral Therapy and Prenatal Massage. I am also trained in Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Infant Massage, Chair Massage, Hot Stones, and Aromatherapy. Sessions can include essential oils, and I frequently draw upon tools that I gained while completing courses in Trauma Touch Therapy^TM and Oncology Massage. I believe that optimal health can be attained by releasing trauma through avenues such as professional massage and bodywork, enabling empowerment from within and a strengthening of the connection between Mind, Body & Spirit.
