pain relief focused technique

Hi, I’m Cameron, the founder of Cam’s Blissful Bodywork, where my passion for healing meets my dedication to ultra running and obstacle course racing. As a licensed massage therapist with a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, I specialize in pain relief and recovery, particularly for athletes and active individuals.

Having run countless ultra-marathons, I know firsthand the toll that long-distance running can take on the body. This experience has allowed me to develop a unique perspective and expertise in helping others overcome chronic pain, tightness, and muscle fatigue. Whether you're a fellow runner, an athlete of any kind, or someone simply in need of relief, my goal is to provide you with personalized, effective treatments that restore balance, ease tension, and enhance performance.

At Cam’s Blissful Bodywork, I use a combination of techniques tailored to your needs, with a focus on promoting healing, relaxation, and long-term wellness. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of both the physical and mental aspects of movement, so you can feel better, move better, and live better.
