Mindful Movement Massage Therapy - By Ann Sorrells, LMT #2565

Bringing balance to your body and peace to your mind.

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in therapeutic massage and bodywork, I’ve built Mindful Movement to be more than just a service—it’s a space (and a journey) where healing meets convenience. Whether you need the spa brought to your doorstep or prefer to unwind in a calm, welcoming office space in Downtown Hattiesburg, I’m here to meet you where you are.

I specialize in tailoring each session to your individual needs using a variety of massage modalities, with a focus on promoting relief, alignment, and restoration. From busy professionals managing stress to individuals seeking deeper healing, my goal is to provide care that is both personal and purposeful.

Let Mindful Movement support you in reconnecting with your body, restoring your energy, and renewing your sense of well-being —on your terms.
