For the past 10 years, I have dedicated myself to helping people move better and live pain-free lives through the power of massage therapy. My passion stems from a strong foundation in anatomy and kinesiology, which I've had the privilege of sharing with students through my teaching experience. I've developed and delivered courses on challenging topics like injury Rehabilitation, and advanced techniques for musculoskeletal abnormalities. This experience not only reinforces my own knowledge but also allows me to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in massage therapy.

With a deep understanding of various massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, and active release modalities, I tailor each session to address your unique needs and goals. My experience in both injury rehabilitation and personal injury cases such as car wrecks, work injuries, athletic injuries has provided me with valuable insights into the complexities of musculoskeletal issues. Furthermore, my work as a chiropractic assistant has deepened my understanding of the human body and the importance of a multi-faceted approach to healing.

Beyond my clinical experience, I am passionate about helping you achieve lasting relief from chronic pain and improve your overall well-being. My approach emphasizes not just alleviating immediate discomfort but also identifying the root causes of your pain and empowering you to manage it effectively.

Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) to further enhance my knowledge and expertise in musculoskeletal health. My goal is to provide the highest level of care to DFW residents, empowering them to live active and fulfilling lives free from the limitations of pain.
