I’m Jaeci Carr, founder of WholeSelf MedicalMassage in Littleton, Colorado.

Now in my 25th year as a professional bodyworker, I provide clinically focused, COVID-conscious medical massage for individuals recovering from motor-vehicle accidents, personal injuries, workplace injuries, persistent musculoskeletal pain, and complex compensation patterns.

WholeSelf MedicalMassage is not a spa-based practice. Sessions are calm, focused, structured and rehabilitative in nature—designed for clients seeking meaningful improvement, greater function and a clearer path forward.

Specialized Care for Motor-Vehicle Accident Recovery

A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to helping clients recover from motor-vehicle accidents and impact-related injuries, including rear-end collisions, side-impact crashes, whiplash injuries and unresolved symptoms from previous accidents.

Accident-related pain can persist long after imaging appears “normal.” Protective tension may become habitual, and compensation patterns can develop quickly. What begins as an acute injury may gradually become chronic restriction when the underlying patterns are not addressed methodically.

A Thoughtful Approach to Health and Safety

WholeSelf MedicalMassage remains a COVID-conscious clinical practice.

I wear a mask during every bodywork session and am happy to remain masked throughout intake and post-session discussion as well.

Between appointments, contacted surfaces are disinfected, linens are washed in hot water with bleach, the treatment space is thoroughly aired out, and multiple air purifiers operate continuously. The studio also offers abundant ventilation.

Clients are asked to reschedule if they have a fever above 100°F or are experiencing symptoms of illness.

To date, no COVID cases have been reported as originating from care received at WholeSelf MedicalMassage.
