Welcome — I’m Jaeci, founder of WholeSelf MedicalMassage in Littleton, Colorado.
My practice focuses on real rehabilitation: steady, methodical work that helps the body restore its own balance. Many clients come to me after years of being told their pain is “just aging,” or that surgery or medication are their only choices. My role is to show that there is another path — one grounded in anatomy, calm presence, and consistent care.

Sessions here are quiet, clinical, and deeply restorative. I work with the body’s intelligence, not against it — guiding tissue and nervous system back into cooperation instead of control. The pace is deliberate. The results are cumulative.
