As a veteran of the United States Navy, serving others has always been a central part of who I am. I was first introduced to massage and essential oils while stationed in Japan, where aromatherapy massage became a meaningful part of my monthly self-care routine.

Years later, a fellow veteran reintroduced me to essential oils, helping me see that they are far more than just a pleasant scent. Inspired to deepen my knowledge, I completed Aromahead’s Aromatherapist Certification Program and later trained in the dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique while living in Texas.

As a Clinical Social Worker, I spent years helping people emotionally and mentally, but this training opened a new path—supporting healing through the physical body. Using my GI Bill, I enrolled in massage school, and it has been incredibly rewarding to combine the therapeutic benefits of massage with my passion for aromatherapy.

I approach wellness holistically, honoring the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Elevation Aromatherapy & Massage is the culmination of years of experience and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

In today’s busy world, we all need a “time out.” My goal is to provide massage therapy that targets areas of tension and pain while incorporating techniques and essential oils to calm an overstressed nervous system.
