As a veteran of the United States Navy, service to others is and will always be important to me. I was first introduced to massage and essential oils while serving, making an aromatherapy massage while stationed in Japan part of my monthly self-care. I was re-introduced to essential oils by a fellow veteran while at my last duty station and started learning how they are more than just something that smells good. This led me to want to learn more and I enrolled in Aromahead’s aromatherapist certification program. While stationed in Texas I was trained to do the dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique. This is where I began to think about how I could help people physically, since as a Clinical Social Worker I was already helping people mental and emotionally. I used my GI Bill and enrolled in massage school. It has been a rewarding experience to combine my love and belief in the healing power of essential oils with the benefits of massage therapy. I believe in helping people holistically: body, mind and spirit. Elevation Aromatherapy & Massage is this culmination of two things I have seen help many people over the years.

In this busy world we live in, we all need a time out. I strive to provide a massage that works on areas where pain and tension are an issue while also using techniques and essential oils to calm our overstressed nervous systems.

We often feel like a number everywhere we go. Elevation Aromatherapy & Massage is not a get em’ in and get em’ out kind of place. Each massage is customized to what the client needs in that moment. I take the time to talk with clients to understand their needs.
