Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore your needs and preferences, and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll start with a conversation about your intake and what brings you in, followed by 90 minutes of

(120 MINUTES) An extended session with space to explore multiple areas and needs without rushing.

(90 MINUTES) Room for full-body work with additional attention where your body needs it most.

(60 MINUTES) Time for full-body relaxation or focused attention to one or two areas.

(30 MINUTES) Dedicated time for one specific area or concern.
