As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I'm drawn to structural bodywork, pinpointing areas of discomfort to ease pain, rebalancing your body, and releasing tension accumulated from daily life. I also incorporate gentle, nurturing techniques such as pelvic & abdominal work, myofascial sensing, and Lymphatic Facilitation for a comprehensive healing experience.

My passion is to help people discover their body’s potential & assist in healing from surgery, childbirth, managing chronic & acute pain, boosting your energy levels, and addressing feelings of mild anxiety & depression, alongside other bodily changes you may encounter.

I'm a birth admirer, Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and mother of one resilient kiddo. Today my practice is on the Edmonds/Mountlake Terrace border in WA state. I also offer home visits!
