Hello and welcome to my site. For those who do not know me, my name is Christine Benitez - Founder and Owner of Refresh Massage and Spa LLC. As a Licensed Massage Therapist + Esthetician, my ultimate goal is to make sure every single one of my clients feels comfortable and most importantly: Relaxed, Refreshed and Recharged.

A little background about myself - 31 years old, born in Jersey City, raised here in Lakeland, FL. I love spending time with my little family as I am a wife and mother. I enjoy going on adventures, being outdoors, working out and capturing the moments. Helping others is what I have been called to do as it brings me so much peace and happiness.
