Hi, I’m Amber Best (formerly Amber Crookston) — so happy you’re here! I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 after graduating from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work in both spa and chiropractic settings, which has given me a well-rounded toolbox of techniques to tailor each massage just for you.

Whether you’re looking to completely relax, melt away stress, or get some real relief from those everyday aches and pains, I’ve got you covered. My pressure ranges from gentle and soothing to deep tissue, and I love customizing each session so it fits exactly what your body needs that day. Helping people feel better in their bodies is truly my favorite part of this work!

I was born and raised in the Covington/Maple Valley area, and my family and I are still local. When I’m not in the massage room, you’ll usually find me soaking up all things PNW — camping, paddle boarding, hiking, or skiing. On quieter days, I’m perfectly happy cozying up on the couch with a good book (usually a romance novel!), watching a fun sitcom, or playing a cozy video game.
