I am a massage therapist committed to providing exceptional service, as well as promoting a belief in whole-body wellness. I have been in practice for almost 10 years now, and I believe wellness starts with a calm mind and body.

This is my first adventure out on my own, working for myself, and I am over the moon! I am delighted to be able to share my passion for healing and holistic practices with my clients. I am currently in nursing school as well, and the knowledge I am gaining through that venture helps me immensely in my practice. I strive to provide the best possible service to my clients, and I aim to make every session feel as relaxing and comforting as I can. I love what I do and I am truly passionate about healing through touch.

In my practice, I believe that it is important to explore all possible options when it comes to solving the problem of aches and pains. Whether you suffer from occasional stiffness, or chronic pain, I use multiple modalities to find the best result. I specialize in medical massage and cupping, deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage, target cupping, and LED cupping and radiofrequency. I offer a wide range of services that cater to a variety of needs; whether you're in need of pain relief, improved sports performance, or if you just want to relax, the choice is yours.

My business is at 27 Glen Rd, Sandy Hook CT, 06482. I am on the third floor, in Unit 307-B. When parking, it may be more convenient to use the overflow lot on the right side of the building. If you park in the overflow lot, there is an external staircase on the side of the building that you can use to access the third floor, so you don't have to walk a far distance around to the front of the building. The front entrance is handicap accessible, and there is an elevator in the main lobby.
